Elliptical Trainers
The elliptical trainer, also known as the Orbitrek, is not only one of the best devices in the gym but also suitable for home use. During the workout, 90% of our body is engaged in movement. Training on an elliptical trainer replaces running on a treadmill or cycling. Another advantage is that the action of the elliptical trainer is much gentler on the joints.
Elliptical trainers are also known as Orbitreks and are divided into the following categories:

Elliptical trainers are categorized based on the braking system (resistance):
Caliper Brake – Mechanism used in spin bikes.
Belt Brake – A belt wraps around the flywheel, creating resistance by cinching onto the wheel (louder operation).
Magnetic Brake – operates by the approach and separation of a magnet (quiet operation).
Induction Brake – operates by increasing the voltage in the coil, leading to an increase in the magnetic field in which the flywheel moves (quiet operation).
