Exercise Bikes
Exercise bikes are characterized primarily by their simpler construction. They have fewer advanced training features, and exercising on them is more relaxed. Stationary bike workouts show visible results within a month. Such cardio training increases lung capacity, improves heart function, contributes to weight reduction, and enhances overall body strength. Bikes mainly differ from each other in their design. A stationary exercise bike encourages the user to train in an upright position. On the other hand, in spinning bikes, the person exercising adopts a typical cycling position—leaning forward, slightly hunched.
If you prefer a more relaxed effort, choose a stationary bike. If you enjoy high-intensity exercises, opt for an elliptical trainer or a spinning bike.
